The fact about acne which everyone knows is that it traditionally occurs at young age and gets subsided as the age grows approaching adulthood. It is not so with rosacea a disease of chronic nature and most of the times there is no cure for it. It is encountered more often by people having fair color of the skin. Moreover from time to time the disease vexes and vanes in response to the environment and food being consumed. Its characteristic signs are observed on the central part of the face. Either the red color on the face is of persistent nature or it is presenting flushing changes on the face, which are transitory at the same time there is blushing on the nose and forehead and chin. It is neither contagious nor an infectious disease. The persons having the red color aggravates as a result of flushing causing the capillaries dilation giving them great prominence.
